Sublangka Wildlife Sanctuary
History
The sanctuary is located around Ban Langka Chueam in the Sam Sonthi–Kut Ta Phet area. It covers about 96,875 rai of valley plain enclosed by the Phang Phoei Range; Khao Ruak lies to the west. Elevation ranges from 140 to 846 metres above mean sea level. The healthy forest is a headwater area for the Lam Sonthi River and a source of food for wildlife. Serows, a protected wild species, still live here. Two nature trails are provided.
