Wat Mongkhon Khothawat is near Khlong Dan Market in Bang Bo District. Luang Pho Pan, a well-known monk during the reign of King Rama V, once lived at and developed the temple. It later became an important temple in Bang Bo. The area in front of the temple faces Khlong Dan Canal and is a place to sit and relax.
