History

The area covers more than 80,000 rai and was declared a wildlife sanctuary on 28 May B.E. 2541 (1998). The sanctuary office is at Ban Pa Khai, Village No. 2, Ban Na Yang Subdistrict, Wat Bot District, 45 kilometres from the city.
