History

Located on Borom At Road in Tha It Subdistrict, the building was constructed in 1933 by Ammat Tho Phraya Athayasaiwisut (Chot Kanokmani), a former governor of Uttaradit from 1931 to 1933 and ancestor of the Kanokmani family. After retiring from government service, he and his family settled in Uttaradit.
