History
This nature classroom invites children to experience Thai ways of life. Lessons include stories about traditional raised wooden houses with open space underneath and everyday farming: planting rice, riding buffalo, gathering vegetables for cooking, rowing boats, making clay pellets, using slingshots, and the steps of threshing, winnowing, and pounding rice—activities that may be new to children today.
