Short answer: Do not treat the “open an account in one day” claim in a 2021 promotional video as a current guarantee. Account approval and approval to link a bank account for automatic transfers (ATS) are separate steps.
What the 2021 video said
The transcript saved in [15_00-16_00]Finnomena.xlsx, Videos tab, cell D2, contains 439 characters. It says the promotion mentioned opening an account in one day and more than 700 funds. The number of asset management companies was unclear in part of the transcript, so this article does not present it as a precise figure. The promotional figures are not current information.

Current steps in FINNOMENA’s guide
A FINNOMENA Funds guide published on 31 March 2569 (B.E.) describes registering, opening an account, verifying email and phone details, completing identity verification and personal information, taking an investment suitability assessment, and linking a bank account for ATS. Steps and document requirements may change. Check the official account-opening guide before applying.
- Register or sign in to the FINNOMENA app.
- Enter your information and verify your identity using a supported method, such as NDID through a bank app or Counter Service.
- Review the terms, check your information, and complete the suitability assessment accurately for your circumstances.
- Confirm your submission and link a bank account for ATS if you want to use automatic transfers.
Account approval and ATS approval are separate timelines
FINNOMENA’s account approval timeline page says app-based account opening takes about 3–5 business days when the information is complete and the relevant steps are passed. Missing or inconsistent information may take longer to process.
The account-opening guide gives separate ATS linking times by method. Mobile Banking is approved immediately or ready for investment within one day; Internet Banking takes 1–2 business days; and ATM linking takes 2–3 business days. These are ATS step estimates in the guide, not a promise that every account will be opened and ready to invest within one day.
